Accountabilities

• Drive and own the P&L result, ensure revenue and costing structure is properly booked and updated to reflect latest operation status.

• Provide and consolidate timely financial analysis including but not limited to variance against budget/ forecast/ business plan and trend, performance review by BU, EBIT causal, new business tracking report, new project startup, monthly financial review, etc.

• Lead the budget and forecast preparation process, and ensure high quality and in-depth analysis.

• Coordinate with different business segments on daily operation to achieve business target.

• Support/lead financial due diligence during M&A execution phase if have.

• Prepare business case analysis for existing and new projects including investment evaluation model to assist new investment decisions.

• Support new business implementation and continuously drive the business performance initiatives.

• Ad-hoc projects assigned by controller and business head.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Internet/Technology/Consumer business

• Possess over 10 years solid working experience in accounting & reporting, audit/internal control, and financial management field, within which a minimum 5 years proven successful financial management experience

• Career progression in very sophisticated financial management, planning, reporting, control and analysis operations and holding very senior financial management position with multinational companies in China, and preferably with relevant industry knowledge.

• A qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CGA), preferably MBA and with a university degree major in finance/accounting/audit or relevant discipline
