岗位职责：

1. 组建和优化技术服务团队，为客户提供技术服务支持；

2. 带领服务团队负责客户消耗量跟进并达到公司要求；

3.协助业务人员对产品和工艺的推广工作；

4. 负责处理所属系列产品在应用、技术服务等方面出现各种问题；

5. 负责对营销部门反馈的各种产品信息的整理工作；

6. 负责技术服务性工作，包括技术支持、技术培训与资料的编写等；

7.负责开展与所属产品相关的对外技术交流活动；

8. 参与跟进重要新增项目（如水平线、电镀线等），确保顺利上线；

9. 参与跟进新工艺/新产品的应用，并协同研发部参与产品应用的改进以符合客户端的应用要求；

10.丰富的PCB药水应用及解决问的能力，熟悉各种产线药水的性能及应用。

岗位要求：

1. 5年以上PCB技术服务、产品应用等相关专业领域的工作经验，且业绩优良；有一定的团队管理经验和能力；

2. 具有市场信息采集能力 ，专业知识能力 ，售后服务能力；

3. 有产品发展战略，掌握产品发展动态，为公司发展决策提供依据及实施经验；

4. 有较强的逻辑思维和语言组织能力；

5. 熟悉word，excel,ppt等办公软件的应用；

善于思考和独立解决问题能力。

Skychem was founded in 2010 under the leadership of Dr. Jiangbo Liu. The company is focused on developing and producing Various additives needed for the PCB manufacturing industry. To be located closer to our customers for better serving them, production sites were established both in Guangzhou and Suzhou since the foundation of the company.

With emphasis on metallization , Skychem positions itself to provide to the PCB industry more economic processes which perform at similar quality levels compared to international brand names. Cooperating with The Chinese Academy of Sciences and Suzhou University, we continuously improves our current processes and invents new processes to meet the changing needs of our customers. Currently we have more than 100 different kinds of products available, offering solutions for most wet processes in the PCB manufacturing industry. Our customers specially appreciated our horizontal PTH, conductive polymer, acid Cu plating, super-roughening, immersion tin, alternative oxide processes, as these represent reliable and economic solutions for them.
