Accountabilities:

• Market demand creation, specification promotion and project coordination to end user, architects, contractors and external partners.

• Preparation of door hardware specifications and schedules

• Products and service quotations for project budgeting and competitive bidding

• Arrangement of samples & technical submissions

• Technical training and execution of corrective actions to customer and distributors

• Trouble-shooting and installation guide for distributors in after-sale

• Other technical support to sales team and order administration team

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in mechanical engineering / civil architecture or related

• Good knowledge of ANSI and/or EN standards door hardware products

• Experience in construction project processes

• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Auto CAD

• Good written and spoken English

• Good practical ability and hands-on ability

• Be able to independently analyze problems and deal with unexpected issues

• Demonstrate analytical skills and creativity in assessing and resolving technical challenges

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and resolve problems independently
