3. Agency management: across media, paid search, tmall and

affiliate marketing agencies

4.Lead negotiations for commercial marketing agreements

5. Drive innovative ideas/initiatives to drive customer &vip growth

6. Work across all online and offline marketing activities as

relevant: search, advertising, social media, email, DM, CRM

affiliates and partners

7. Work closely with other internal teams to ensure that all

activities are in keeping with brand values and

analyze and report business performance, competitor

activity and relevant industry trends

9. Budget management and planning

1.Define and implement ecommerce strategies that reduce costs

and increase online sales of the business, applying skills in project

management, process reengineering and knowledge of custome

information database, service order systems, and automated

service and purchasing systems

2. Work with external agencies to manage weekly/monthly theme

marketing campaign, store decoration and drive joint promotion

campaign. Support the dealers in their e Commerce activities

3. Supervise& consistently improve on warehouse, packaging and

delivery service quality and KPls fulfillment.

4. Lead and coordinate projects with internal staff, customers and

selected business partners to implement

5. Coordinate with Marketing digital campaign on e-commerce

platform

6. Facilitation of all other projects in marketing team
