1) Merchandising
l Place POCM to support trade programs, dist. and activations
l Conduct Score the Store surveys (1) per POC/month
2) Activations
l Conduct a minimum of xx visit to key POCs per week
l Conduct xx high impact activations per month
3) Features
l Secure price features supporting activations, dist. and key program focus
l Conduct Feature Tracker (1) per POC/month
4) l Distribution
l Sell in strategic SKU in xx POCs with targets aligned with SP commercial Mgr.
l Support with activation programs
l Hunt and develop new POCs
岗位要求:
1) Education 教育背景: - Colleague bachelor degree on business administration, management, economics, etc, / 商务管理,经济学等相关学士学位 - Bachelor’s degree is preferable本科学位为佳
2) Experience 经验 - Previous experience with management responsibilities in a multicultural environment / 具备在跨国公司相关管理岗位工作经验 - At least 3years working experience, FMCG industry is favorable / 至少3年工作经验,有快销行业工作经验优先考虑
3) Technical competencies: (Job related) 技术能力(岗位相关的) - General knowledge of business performance practices / 基本商务知识 - Good computer skills, mastery of Excel, PowerPoint / 良好的电脑技能,主要是Excel和PPT - Good communication skill and coaching skill / 良好的沟通技巧和培训技巧 - Good English skill / 英语水平优良 - Good learning ability / 良好的学习能力 - Excellent presentation skill / 出色的演示技巧
