1、独立负责一到两个行业领域，为客户提供专业的高级职位招聘服务；

2、整合行业资源，打造极具特色的人力资源服务产品业务；

3、目标行业客户信息分析，研究客户招聘需求；

4、搜寻合适人才，对候选人进行评估。适时进行前期面试把控；

5、制作推荐报告，将合适的人选推荐给企业面试，期间进行面试指导；

6、进行人选的薪资协调及谈判工作；

7、跟踪服务所有已成功结束的项目；

8、负责市场拓展，与客户建立委托招聘协议，并维系良好的客户关系。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科学历及以上；

2、猎头经验3年以上或大型企业招聘版块5年以上经验；

3、较强的沟通能力、表达和判断能力；

4、有很强的事业心及责任心，相关人脉资源丰富。
