responsibilities:

1.Arrange material incoming inspection in time, evaluate the inspection result (include trial assembling in production, MRB etc), and make judgment of Accept/Reject.

2.prepare incoming inspection work instruction (criteria, sampling method), and conduct training to inspectors. Measurement equipment, fixture design/selection/apply for purchasing.

3.Evaluate supplier PPAP document, proceed PPAP sample inspection and result confirm;

4.Communicate with SQE regarding the detected non-conformance, assist/supervise supplier to improve performance if need.

5.Handle production feedback related to raw material quality issue.

6.Tracking and monitoring raw material incoming quality performance;

7.Manage inter-company raw material quality ;

Qualifications:

1. Sufficient knowledge in Quality system of ISO9001, IATF16949; knowledge in VDA6.3 is a plus;

2. Knowledge in material(metal/electronical /plastic, etc);

3. Knowledge in Quality tools such as CP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, , Fishbone, 5Why，QC 7 tools.

4. At least 2 years of QA(IQA,FQA,PQE) working experience

5. Good command of written English skills, skill of communication/coordination

6. Good command of Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook
