YOUR OBJECTIVE
Quality：Manage and lead our suppliers on quality metrics and performance, to continuously improve the quality system of suppliers and sustainable development, aiming to satisfy our customers and users.
Industrialization：Lead new product industrialization process from development to mass production, aiming to guarantee the reliability, stability and efficiency of new product launching.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality
1. Use company quality tools to monitor supplier’s performance;
2. Lead quality meeting internally and externally to review quality status and set up corrective action;
3. Lead assessment on quality system, process, sustainable development of suppliers;
4. Solve quality issues with suppliers using problem solving tools, such as 8D;
5. Conduct onsite control to ensure the stability of quality system and to improve production process ability;
Industrialization
1. Manage industrialization project according to new product planning agreed with relevant departments;
2. Co work with suppliers to review the technical specifications, transform into production specifications and lead the preparation of industrialization;
3. Lead the trial run and pilot run with suppliers to guarantee the stability and efficiency of production;
4. Validate the quality of industrialization output according to the target settled, such as efficiency, profitability, and investment.
5. Provide onsite coaching to suppliers to improve their competency level. (common for Quality and Indus)
