Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for updating, manage the new technology, new product information of plant, classify and summarize effectively, prepare for all departments‘ needs.

2. Provide product catalogue, part number inquiry, and technical information support.

3. Manage and analyze the company's service report, provide fault reason statistical reports, case analysis and other reports.

5. Coordinate to manage the printing and issuance of technical manuals.

Requirements

1. College or Bachelor’s degree above ((Mechanical engineering preferred))

2. Good command of at least one 3D drawing software (such as solidworks, etc.)

3. fluent in both written and verbal English

4. Good communication & Negotiating skills
