Main responsibilities

• Perform ORT and HASS sampling test in reliability lab for IP phones, Sever and Video products.
• Support Reliability Engineer to perform test of HALT, HASS/HASA, DMT, Drop, ESS, etc.
• Report test results to Reliability Engineer.
• Make record of each test items with SN and other details.
• Support customer quality DOA/RMA failure analysis.
• Perform pre-test and post-test inspection for samples.
• Perform weekly lab test equipment maintenance and reliability lab 5S.

Key skills and abilities

• Have 5 years’ reliability lab technician experience.
• Know ESS test equipment operations.
• Must have experience using liquid nitrogen chambers in a safe and productive way.
• Open minded and quick learner.
• Familiar with Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in electrical product reliability test.
• Technical school or above.
• Can read simple English reference material is a plus.
