1. 严格根据课程安排，充分备课以完成教学任务；进行学习方法的指导、学习习惯的培养，对学生进行教学引导和心理疏导工作；

2. 保持与学生家长的良好沟通，及时跟进学员的成长经历及学习过程；

3. 参与学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动

4. 参与教学体系建设与完善工作，参与教研。

职位要求（Requirements）：

1.本科学历以上，英语专业，有教师资格证书，1-2年教学相关经历优先考虑；其他专业，英语听说流利，热爱教育事业亦可；优秀的应届毕业生也可，公司也将进行专业的岗前培训；

2.普通话标准，英语口语和书写流利，发音标准；言谈举止大方得体，有亲和力；

3.具备良好的教师职业操守和服务意识；
