Qualification:

l Bachelor degree, engineering background;

本科学历，工程背景，

l 5+ years working experience in plastic injection/silicone industry / experience of mold design is preferred;

5年以上塑料、注塑或硅胶行业经验，模具设计经验尤佳，

• Understand Quality management system了解质量管理体系

l Be familiar with problem solving skills and methods;

熟悉解决问题的能力和方法，

l Team work spirit;

团队合作精神，

l Good English communication skills on both spoken and written;

良好的英语水平，

l Good skills on MS office tools, Pro-E is preferred;

熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Pro-E。

Responsibilities:

职责：

l Review Mold structure with vendor and designer for new products;

与供应商和设计师审核模具结构，

l Define new mold developing schedule and tracking the schedule for new mold, make sure the schedule fit to new product launching plan;

定义新模具开发进度表并跟踪，确保时间进度能符合新品上市计划，

l Qualify the new molds and products;

模具和新品验收，

l Take the full responsibility for the ECNs regard mold change;

全面负责模具的工程变更，

l Mold database maintenance, make sure all mold status up to date;

模具数据维护，确保所有状态及时更新，

l Handle the issues of corresponding products from production and vendor side

协助生产和供应商处理相关产品问题，

l Other task assigned by superior.
