Major Accountabilities:

• Assist with adequate application engineering expertise at the customer location to apply DEAN products; solving issues, determining and clarifying product requirements.

• Building up a network at your customer (mainly purchasing and R&D department)

• Identification of growth opportunities for Dean Electronics

• Lead the cost calculation of new opportunities.

• Acquisition of new profitable projects at your customers.

• Preparation and negotiation of quotations and contracts with your customers

• Support of the project manager of won projects

• Daily problem solving to assure highest customer satisfaction

• Market analyze for future needs and opportunities

• Regularly report to management with business development and sales updates for strategy and resource alignment.

Developing a strategy to increase business and margin with your customer.

Key Required Qualification:

• Education: University Degree in Engineering/Optical
• Languages: Good English in speaking and writing.
• Personality:

Be motivated to develop business based on sales strategy.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Job Experience:

More than 3 years experience of Sales and Optical products.

• Office: Good skills of Excel, Word, power Point
• Others: Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualification:

1. Successful track record of acquiring customer (preferred in the optical products)

2. Experience in competitors is an advantage.

3. In depth knowledge of the optical sensor, cable harness would be an advantage.
