岗位职责：

1. 负责协助总经理协调政府资源，负责政府关系的维护;

2.负责协助总经理开展公司公共关系接洽、外联拓展及谈判等相关工作。包括根据总经理授权处理对外事务和联系工作；

3.负责总经理日程。安排、协调总经理的日常工作行程，包括差旅、票务、外联、接待、会务等各项工作；

4.负责上传下达。向总经理呈递须审议的请示、报告、单据等文件，并将批示信息以电子或书面形式及时反馈并留存；

5.负责协调督办。根据总经理要求，协调、督办各部门保质高效地完成工作任务。督促保障总经理工作计划的有效达成；

6.负责在总经理授权下，开展公司经营业务及职能管理的其它有关工作。

任职资格：

1.年龄35周岁以下，具有丰富的内涵与底蕴；本科以及以上学历， 理工科 ，***

2.健康状况良好，精力充沛，具有突出的事业工作激情，具备得体优秀的商务接洽礼仪；

3.有良好的团队合作精神；吃苦耐劳、勤奋敬业，具有良好的职业素养、服务及保密意识。
