Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and drive overall sales performance of the assigned region. Develop plans, lead and coordinate business development activities to achieve the Group's business objectives. Maintain customer engagements and sales results.
• Hands-on with direct involvement in the day-to-day business development operations to ensure strong business relationship with existing and new accounts are established and maintained.
• Actively search the market for prospective tenders, commercial sales opportunities, and develop new business.
• Build trusted relationship, work closely and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth booking and delivery of high quality art moving jobs in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct business activities in compliance with legal norms and in-house policies to uphold corporate legality, service standards and business ethics.
• Build organizational competitiveness. Keep abreast of market & industries trends and practice.
• Update system to timely record progress with accounts. Prepare sales related reports to Management when required.
• Performs other related duties, or ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of working experience, 5 years of which in business development / sales management capacity.
• Prior work experience in museum/galleries or logistics an advantage.
• Uphold highest business code of conduct, with high integrity and strong self-discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong business acumen. Goal-driven and sales-oriented.
• Excellent customer services and relationship management skills.
• Highly confident and excellent presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints.
• Experience in cross cultural collaboration.
• Prior knowledge in inventory/sales software, database and systems an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
