Job Duties工作职责:

1.Execute development projects by performing evaluation tests, formulations and providing conclusive evaluation of results and reports in English, as well as any laboratory work;

2. Following procedures and methods according to standards set;

根据设定的标准来执行实验步骤及方法。

3. Formulate and evaluate new and existing products to meet market and customer needs and provide solution to product formulation issues;

阐述并评估新产品与现有的产品以符合市场及消费者的需求并提供产品配方解决方案。

4. Conduct formulation development work to expand database of guide formulations; Execute laboratory routines such as equipment maintenance, 5S, chemical inventory and services registration and report in LIMS systems;

管理配方开发工作以扩充指导配方数据库；执行实验室日常工作，如设备维护、5S管理、化学品库存管理以及LIMS系统里的服务登记以及报告。

5.Manage information following the policies of non-disclose information and IP property;

根据非公开信息以及IP所有权政策来管理信息。

Job Specification任职资格:

Education Background教育背景：

Bachelor or Technician degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pesticides Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related areas; Master degree will be appreciated and an advantage on selection process.

本科，化学、化学工程、农药化学、应用化学等相关专业；研究生学历尤佳。

English level英语水平：

Fluency in English: oral and writing.

流利的英语口语及书面表达。

Training experience培训经历：

No training experience required无需培训经历

Work experience工作经验：

Proven experience in Agro market (+2years), formulation development, and preferred surfactants experience;

农化市场相关经验2年及以上，有配方开发以及以及表面活性剂相关经验者优先考虑。

1.Must have strong organization skills and be able to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
