Job purpose

You will focus on helping to win new business by sourcing high quality colour cosmetics merchandise and innovative packaging at competitive prices on time and within budget.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist your manager in carrying out the critical path process, whilst liaising with account managers and clients to ensure accuracy of briefs and samples.
• Oversee the QC process, identifying reputable factories and ensuring regular audits are carried out.
• Responsible for managing and monitoring factory costs, analysing and cross checking to ensure best outcome.
• Build strong supplier relationships in order to learn manufacturing processes and products.
  

Qualifications & prior experience

• Minimum 2 years critical path management experience.
• Knowledge in FMCG of colour cosmetics & componentry is a must.
• Written and oral fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Excel.
