位职责Duties:：

1、5-12岁学生英语课程 （有青少儿英语教学经验优先考虑）；

English Course for 5-12 years age students( teenagers English teaching experience preferred);

2、做好带班的班级管理及教务管理工作；

Responsible for in-class management and educational administration.

3、课堂需有条理，由浅入深，语音清晰，给予学生表达的机会；

Classroom needs to be organized orderly, from easy to difficult, clear pronunciation, and providing opportunities for students to express themselves.

4、对于英语教学有自己的想法，能接受先进的教育理念与方法；

Have personal concepts for English teaching, ready to accept advanced educational concepts and methods;

5、对待家长与孩子须有责任感；

To treat parents and children with a sense of responsibility;

6、积极参与学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动；

To actively participate in various training, teaching research, lectures and conferences and other activities organized by schools and departments.

7、完成教学部门安排的其他任务；

To complete other tasks arranged by the teaching department;

8、有公开课、招生课经验的优先；

Experience with demo class and enrolment class is preferred;

任职资格Qualifications：

1.本科或以上学历，英语或英语教育专业（师范类英语专业优先），英语专业八级，读写说流利，特别要求语音过关，语音不好者勿投；

Bachelor's degree or above, English or English Education Major (normal university English major priority), English major TEM-8, fluent in reading and writing and speaking, requirements for pronunciation is especially required, please Do Not apply if you consider your pronunciation unclear and not fluent ;

2.1-3年以上英语教学经验；有同行业英语培训中心工作者优先；

1-3 years of English teaching experience; previous teaching experience in English training center is preferred.

3. 精通英语教学方法，擅用肢体语言，授课生动活泼，热爱教育事业，愿意长期致力于教育工作；

Proficient in English teaching methods, using body language, teaching lively, loving education, and willing to work hard for a long time.

4.有较强的业务水平、组织教学能力和良好的应变能力；

Strong business level and teaching ability as well as good adaptability.

5.语言表达能力强，声音甜美、个性开朗，善于与孩子及家长沟通、交流；

Strong language expression, sweet voice, cheerful personality, good at communicating with children and parents.

6.具有爱心、耐心、责任心、团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳精神；

Be loving, patient, responsible and have teamwork and hardworking spirit.

7.中共党员、有省（市、高校）团委实习经验、担任学生会、社团负责人经验的优先；

Experience of the CPC members and the Youth League Committee of the provincial (city, University) is preferred.
