Job Description 主要工作职责 ：

1、Be responsible for the daily management of department

负责部门的日常管理

2、Be responsible for all testing and after-sales work plan and arrangement

负责公司全部项目的调试及售后工作的计划、安排

3、According to the customer request to deploy the staff for customer’s installation, testing and maintenance

根据需要调配本部门内的工作人员，对客户的产品进行安装、调试及维修保养等工作。

4、Be responsible for contacting HR department to arrange training for customers.

负责同人力资源部门联系安排对客户的培训。

5、Keep in touch with customers and solve problems in testing and after-sales process.

与客户保持联系，及时解决在调试及售后过程中的问题。

6、Responsible for team building, talent building, establishment of training knowledge system, and constantly improve the skills of department.

负责部门团队建设、人才梯队搭建，建立培训知识体系，不断提升部门员工的技能及技巧

Requirements 职位要求：

1.College degree or above in Integration of mechanics and electrics or Refrigeration or Mechanics or Vacuum.

机械、制冷、真空、机电一体化等相关专业本科以上学历；

2. At least 8 years related experience in foreign investment companies.

至少8年的外企工作经历。

3 years supervisory/management experience is preferable.

3年主管或经理级别经验优先。

3.Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

很强的人际交往及沟通能力。

4. Flexibility and adaptability

灵活性及适应性

5. Strong English, both written and spoken

优秀的英文听说读写能力。
