Job Descriptions:

Working with Sourcing Manager to secure product/process quality, technical and business requirements.

Perform regular audits and performance evaluation for the existing suppliers.

Responsible for supplier FAI approval with related department.

Working with Sourcing Manager to establish the production specification and inspection checklist.

Check and verify Suppliers’ incoming raw material.

Conduct Suppliers’ production processes monitoring activity.

Draw test samples at the Suppliers’ facility to raw material and finished products.

Perform other assigned inspection tasks including final product inspections, container loading monitoring, etc. according to the Company’s procedure and requirements.

Report back to Shanghai Office immediately for any quality issues spotted on-site and assist problems handling.

Follow up supplier with the corrective actions and improvement plans.

Job Requirements:

Graduated from college with a degree, major in wood industry or plastic material and processing.

Be familiar with flooring products included laminates, solid Engineered and PVC.

3-5 year related working experience in Quality control related to flooring products.

Knowledge of Laboratory instrumentation, including operating principles and calibration procedures, as well as general Laboratory procedures.

Have solid quality audit and quality documentation experiences.

Good English skills. Be able to communicate with each business subsidiary directly.

Have strong self-regulation, could work well independently.

Be able to travel frequently.
