The Data Analytics Program Manager will work in teams addressing statistical, machine learning and data understanding problems in digital business and customer experience for APAC. In this role, this person will ensure proper definition of data needs, evaluation of data quality, additionally will work on core data aggregation, validation and algorithms development. Furthermore, this person is responsibility for optimizing current data process flow, creating reusable data processing module for frequent usage and process, and improve data process efficiency and stability.
Education/Experience
? 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or data scientist (Fresh graduate is eligible)
? Bachelor’s and above degree, majored in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, from top level school
? Experience in the statistics tools (MATLAB; Minitab) and programming skills in Python is preferred
? Experience on NPS and customer satisfaction survey is preferred
? Strong rational ability, communication, inter-personal, and presentation skills.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
? Collaborated with global customer advocacy team and manage the customer advocacy deployment in APAC.
o Manage the NPS process and analyze the result
o Help the business team to setup the initiatives plan
o Define the metric and data source for each APAC business
o Clean up the data for measurement based on different business situation (what should be counted in which not)
o Optimize the calculation formula and result to ensure the result is comparable in the region and global
o Coordinate the metrics review cadence with business team
o Generate and manage customer advocacy reports for function teams, BoCA and APLT review
? Provide statistics analysis on the Ecommerce data and advisory to business growth and model transformation
o Study in the Ecommerce data base to access the manageable customer base: Awareness; Interest; Purchasing; Loyalty.
o Understand the correlation between the online activities with traffic and transition rate.
o Provide the Market intelligence of the Ecommerce for each APAC business
? Evaluating customer listening processes, monitoring the utilization of the customer listening tools and channels.
? Conduct statistics analysis on the customer feedback and behavior to provide advisory on the customer experience improvement.
? Coordinate the continuously improvement on the customer interactive tools
? Work as the interface between business team and IT team on the BI&A deployment in APAC
o Understand the business requirement identify related data required
o Find the suitable data source from internal systems (e.g. CRM; ERP…)
o Design the display report in the BI system
o Monitor the BI report usage in region
o Coordinate the continuous improvement of the BI report with IT
