• Responsible for Lithium Battery.

• Supplier evaluation within the supplier selection process with the tools Supplier Pre Evaluation and Risk Assessment with the focus on product and process quality, quality management system and manufacturing technologies and documented in QMT Visit Report

• QMT Evaluation of qualification costs and definition of required measurements and agreement with the supplier before supplier nomination

• Steering and monitoring of QMT part for Global Sourcing and Local Content Projects according to Quality Processes and requirements (e.g. RGA), includes the steering of series tooling

• Lead and organize a Launch team (coordinate the Logistic-, Purchasing and QMT activities), puts counter measurements in place and verify the in time implementation.

• Buy off of parts, tooling and checking devices at the supplier location during the build phases

• QMT part preparation and release of Process Series, ramp up curve and ISIR-Procedure (PPAP)
• Product and Process Audits at suppliers, Supplier Requalification

• Follow-up of measurements and actions defined out of Process Series and Supplier Audits

• Analyze parts quality problems and coordinate the problem solving process

• Problem solving responsibility in the PQM process for topics related to supplier production processes (Regelkreis 1und 2 in PEP / Regelkreis 2 in series phase)

• Evaluation of supplier performance in series production (LPKM)

• Initialization of escalation in case of series deviations in quality performance of suppliers

• Willing to take over responsibility in other technical areas and lead the problem solving

In order to fulfil the role, we are looking for talented candidates with the following profile:

• A total engineering working experience of 8-10 years for expert level and 3-5years for engineer.

• Supplier Quality Engineering background

• Good understanding of relevant Quality Management tools: QC 7 tools, FMEA, APQP etc.

• Good knowledge in Lithium Battery Industry.
• Location: Beijing;

• Traveling is frequent.

• Good English.
