Responsibility:

1, 日常监督移动加权平均价与标准成本，确保成本信息正确与可靠。

Supervise daily moving weighted average price and standard cost, ensure correct and reliable.

2, 每周监控工单差异, PPV, 存货报废, 消耗品, 维修备件等费用是否超出预算, 并排除异常.

Weekly monitor work order difference, PPV, inventory scrap, consumables and spare parts are whether over budget, and exclude anomalies.

3, 检查生产工单是否及时关闭, 对跨期超三个月仍未关者, 与生产计划核实情况, 敦促其及时处理.

Check production work order whether closed in timely manner, verify specific of work order still open over 3 months with planner and push them solve it ASAP.

4, 根据计划提供新产品BOM和工艺流程, 跑SAP新产品标准成本, 并检查其合理性.

Rollup standard cost in SAP correctly.

5, 每月与采购跟进客户付费模具款项目号, 及时与完整地结转模具成本.

Tight follow up customer pay tools’ job number with SCM, then completed transfer out relative tooling cost monthly.

6, 负责每月SAP系统成本结账, 确保结帐过程中成品, 半成品成本, 生产差异, 新成本释放的合理性.

In charge of month end cost closing process in SAP system, ensure finished products, semi-finished goods, production variance, and the new cost release are rationality.

7, 分事业部与存货类别, 导出期末库存与存货帐龄, 并计提存货跌价准备.

Provides inventory stock balance with its aging by SBU and by type, make INV reserve based on policy.

8, 每月更新管理报表中-存货余额与帐龄，减值准备的填报与资产负债表总分明细帐核对说明。

Handle stock MRP schedule sheet, inventory aging and reconcile Balance Sheet in inventory.

9, 每月监督存货帐期较长的呆滞库存，提出预警信息，参与年度存货盘点安排工作.

Monitor slow moving stock, highlight these information for reduce risk purpose, participate annual stocktaking arrangement work.

10, 配合内外部审计, 及时准确地提供相应的成本信息.

Cooperate with internal and external audit, provide the corresponding costing information.
