• Work as application support consultant, responsible for system maintenance, issue analysis, providing clarification/guide to users on system usage, analyzing system data and so on;

  Evaluate new business requirement/requests from client; implement/configure the solution in the system;

• 
  Provide support through emails or telephone calls.

• 
  Work with product, support or infrastructure departments to analyze and solve system issues;

• 
  Project documentation maintenance and management;

• 
  Participate regular support calls with clients.

• Diploma and above, computer science or similar major are a plus;
• Prior working experience using SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL is a plus;

• Quick learner and has good communication skills;

• Prior client support working experience is a plus;

• 
  Prior deployment project experience in eHR, OA, Workflow enterprise application software is a plus;

• Can work under minimum supervision;

• 
  CET-6 and above, previous working experience using English is definitely a plus; good to have oversea project experience.
