Main purpose of the job / Mission岗位 / 任务 目标:

Responsible for the business development and selling Alfa Laval relevant products and its services to prospective clients in engine power industry in China thereby bringing in orders which are profitable and in line with the company business aspirations. The clients inlude but not limited to engine makers, EPCs, end users, etc.

Key tasks主要工作职责:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship with the existing buying clients and develop new clients (OEM, project based).
• Establish direct sales network
• In charge of both technical and commercial.
• Monthly sales report
• Visit and keep good relationship with all engine power related customers
• Provide quotation, technical specification and participate the negotiations
• Develop the sales network & re-seller if necessary
• Collect market information of related applications
• Coordinate with colleagues within project management, commissioning, etc.

Knowledge:

• University education in marine/power engineering (required)

Skills:

• Fluent written and spoken English (required)
• Good at PC tools (required)
• 8+ years working experience in Marine/power related area
• Independent and situational
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Good contacts & relationships with customers
• Technical & commercial understanding, business-driven
• Cross-cultural awareness
