The Interpreter supports the production and creation teams with all interpreting and translating needs. S/he is an integral part of the production. The Interpreter will be report to production manager and work with the overall production team to ensure operations run smoothly.

翻译协助节目制作团队和创造团队与所有口译和翻译的需求。他/她是节目制作部门的一部分。翻译将汇报于制作经理，从而协助整体制作团队工作,确保业务顺利完成。

Roles and Responsibilities:

角色和职责:

Follow the schedule of Party A regarding all the onsite translation and interpretation work,

Facilitate effective communication between two parties that do not speak English/Chinese Mandarin by converting one spoken or written language to another,

When required, adjust the communication to fit the needs and level of understanding of the receiver,

Accompany production team members, attend meetings and act as official translator to mediate discussion,

Relay concepts and ideas between languages,

Translate/convert, edit and proofread written materials: English-Chinese/Chinese-English,

Relay information to facilitate cross‐cultural exchanges,

Provide administrative support to the production team as a whole and carry out all other related ?tasks as assigned by the production manager and producer.

能够遵从甲方要求的日程，在现场完成书面及口头翻译工作；

口头或者书面的形式，协助交流双方完成高效的中英文双语转换沟通;

当需要时,调整沟通交流以满足信息接收方能够理解;

配合制作团队成员,参加会议并作为官方译员;

翻译能够加入语言之间的概念和想法;

中英文之间的翻译/转换,编辑和校对

翻译信息,以方便跨文化的交流;

从整体上支持制作团队的行政工作，能够承担制作经理和制作人所交付的其他相关任务。

Qualifications:

任职资格：

Demonstrate fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese language;

Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships, exhibit interpersonal skills and ?exercise sound judgment and professionalism in a business context;

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;

Knowledge of cultural factors that may have an effect on communication;

Knowledge of stage artistic & technical terminology an asset;

Ability to exercise calmness in stressful situations;

Ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization;

流利的英语和中文;

• 能够建立并保持着良好的客户关系,表现出人际交往能力以及在业务中运用良好的判断力和敬业精神;
• 能够保持敏感信息的机密, 以防泄露;
• 良好得的文化知识,以便沟通；
• 熟悉舞台艺术和技术领域的术语优先考虑;
• 在紧张的情况下能够保持冷静;
• 能够与不同级别的组织正常工作;

Location：wuxi (local position)

8 hours per day , 6 days per week, able to work in shift

Willing to work on Statutory holidays.

每天工作8小时每周有时工作6天，能够接受轮班 及法定假日的灵活加班安排
