• Conduct product repair, maintenance, calibration, and service work for FLC business – 90% in service center and 10% on customer sites. FLC products are mainly small electrical and electronical devices.

• Conduct Connectivity setup and trouble shooting for relevant products to enable data flow between FLC products and customer data centers.

• Provide training and support to distributors and customers on product trouble shooting.

• Handle customer complaints on product and properly record in SAP system with complete information on problem, resolution, tool and spare part utilization.

• Continuously revisit and optimize current service process and procedures to ensure it compliant with regulations (GSP etc.) and internal policies/quality requirements.

• Support sales/marketing activities and product registration as needed
