2.定期对水、电、气、消防和空调设备进行保养，对故障进行跟踪排除，并建立好台账和记录。

Regular maintain water, electricity, gas, fire and air conditioner equipments, and conduct equipments trouble shooting and set up a good account and record.

3.做好行政后勤维修工作和协助行政助理做好日常工作。？

Do ADM and logistics maintenance work and assist ADM assistant to finish daily work.

4.上司临时安排的其他工作任务。

Conduct other temporary tasks arranged by supervisor.

岗位要求：

1.具备电工上岗资格，有一定的电力故障排除经验。？

Have electrician qualification, have certain power troubleshooting experience.

2. 熟悉电气原理，了解设备电器配电知识。

Familiar with electrical principle, understand and have some knowledge of Electrical Distribution.

3. 具备一定的电气图纸识图能力。

Have some knowledge of electrical drawing.

4.熟练驾驶车辆。

Skilled driving.

5.中专以上学历
