工作职责：

1、依据整体运营目标，把握中心教学和学术工作的关键指标；

2、评估和监控中心的教学质量及沟通工作质量；

3、管理学术团队，进行在职培训，培养学术人员梯队 ；

4、综合管理校区学术部，保证教学工作的严谨，提高家长满意度和学生的升学率；

5、协调及处理日常发生的各种突发紧急状况 。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，英语培训中心2年以上外语教学经验，特别是3-16岁儿童英文教育；

2、具有至少1年的中心管理学术团队的经验；

3、理解中国家长对孩子教育的思维模式、有耐心，并且具有很强的解决问题的能力；

4、热爱教育事业，认真负责，团队协作，极好的沟通技能,演讲演示技能和领导技能，能够承担较大的工作压力；

5、熟练的电脑操作技能例如：MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint；

6、工作时间跟据教育机构特点执行。
