Job Description:

1. Equipment maintenance inspection and preventive maintenance, execute the maintenance items, maintain detailed maintenance records, find and deal with the repeated problems of machines, equipment and components.

a) TPM: the planning and implementation of the formulation and implementation of equipment TPM plan, responsible for organizing, leadership, coordination and control of the whole process, timely summary of the experience and lessons in the process, the formation of guidance documents.

b) According to the damage of the operating conditions of the equipment and spare parts, spare parts all kinds of equipment purchasing, and responsible for spare parts purchasing statement tracking and acceptance, to ensure timely supply of spare parts, spare parts inventory cost control.

2. Fault diagnosis and maintenance, deal with emergency repairing, failure and other operation problems, reduce the interference to the manufacturing process. Set, check and adjust equipment, machine and instrument to ensure conformity with maintenance specification.

a) Responsible for processing equipment failure during production, and a maintenance report.

b) For major equipment failure in time feedback, and is responsible for tracking and feedback the effect of fault treatment

c) To deal with the major equipment quality problems occurred in the field, and submit the related report and preventive measures, and promote the implementation of preventive measures

d) According to the corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance combination of equipment management system, the establishment of specific plan of equipment maintenance, condition based maintenance, fault diagnosis and so on prevention maintenance measures, and responsible for the implementation, decrease the loss of equipment spare parts, to ensure that equipment in good condition

3. Maintenance and diagnosis of machine’s mechanical and hydraulic/pneumatic faults, guide maintenance technicians to deal with relevant problems, and give suggestions for rectification.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree and majored on mechanic or electrical engineering.

• English Read, Writing and talking

• SAP system operation

• Maintenance file control

• Maintenance parts management

• Manage service and spare part’s supplier

• Maintenance for CNC Machine/Assembly line/Painting line, Familiar with Mechanical and Hydraulic control principle of machining equipment like mechanical drive, Hydraulic circuit and CNC Operation, Work experience of Mazak, Moriseiki, Chrion, Faunc are preferred.

• Familiar with SAP, Office, Software, AutoCAD etc.
