Work very closely Product Engineers in completing all Qualification Test Plan (QTP) items in a timely manner

and then preparing the Qualification Test Results (QTR) for all NPI to meet tight project deadlines

? Very familiar with and able to independently handle Reliaibilty Assurance testing in Device Reliability that

includes High Temperature Operating Life test (HTOL), Low Temperature Operating Life test (LTOL), and Early Life

Failure Rate test (ELFR); as well as Package Reliability for WLCSP/QFN/DFN that includes Moisture Sensitivity Level

test (MSL), Pressure Cooker test (PCT), Temperature Cycling test (TCT), Highly Accelerated Stress test (biased and

unbiased HAST), High Temperature Storage Life test (HTSL), Low Temperature Storage Life test (LTSL), Ball-level

Drop test (BLDT), Board-level Temperature Cycle (BLTC), ball pull and ball shear, and others.

? Work with Designers to understand all HTOL/LTOL/HAST schematics and engage vendors to design the

layouts for the mother and daughter boards before confirming these layouts with Designers and then allowing the

vendors to start the fabrication of the boards. Responsible for placing orders for sockets and components needed

for all HTOL/LTOL/HAST mother and daughter boards.

? Responsible for performing all HTOL/LTOL tests in the Shanghai laboratory using the in-house environmental

chambers and making sure proper readouts are taken at the required timelines specified by JESD47/AEC-Q100

? Responsible for keeping stock, calibrating and maintaining all chambers, power supplies, equipment and

machines in the Shanghai laboratory.

? More than 5 years of work experience in analog/power IC companies

? Good knowledge in Reliability Assurance testing for analog power semiconductor ICs is a MUST

? General understanding of other QRA disciplines in failure analysis and quality systems is an advantage

? Basic knowledge of Foundry and OSAT processes, especially WLCSP, is desired.

? Establish good record-keeping of all reliability assurance activities in DCC including schematics, layouts,

sockets and components, equipment calibration and maintenance, third-party lab services, and others.

? Be an active team member of QRA by contributing knowledge and values in Reliability Assurance
