Key responsibilities:
Work closely with internal and external parties to support the process of launching CRM program;
Analyze data from various resources to obtain insight for CRM campaign and optimize customer life cycle.
Implement various CRM campaign and customer communication(SMS, WeChat, eDM) to support the business and achieve higher campaign KPI;
Understand and optimize retail shop operation from CRM perspective to enhance sales;
Closely work with and manage agencies to deliver execution in high level;
Deliver regular and ad-hoc CRM operational reports based on requests;
Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in CRM or relevant function in retail industry or CRM agency. Better in fashion, luxury or premium brands;
Strong sense in data and proficient in Excel;
Experience in using Business Intelligence(BI) tool (Oracle, Sales Force or Dynamics…) preferable;
Experience in implementing CRM program in retail industry preferable;
Good at written English;
Detail oriented, organized and efficient;
Strong learning agility;
Bachelor degree or above.
