Key Responsibilities

岗位职责：

• Teach, train & help team members in following and understanding CLOTEX guidelines and processes.

  教导，培训以及帮助组员跟进及理解Clotex的指导方针及其工作流程。

• Assist team members in solving problem in daily work. (basic level)

  协助组员解决日常工作中出现的问题（基本要求）。

• Being open to problems and mistakes, Provide feedback and discuss with your superiors, if any question or problem in the daily work.

  以开放的态度对待问题及错误，如果在日常工作中有任何疑问，反馈给你的主管，并和主管讨论解决方案。

• Monitor and take action on the weekly overdue SO and PO. (compare expected date & actual date of delivery)

  监督及处理每周的误期销售订单及采购订单（比较期望日期及实际出货日期）。

• Handle new customer at least 3-6 months in order to guide new customer how to work with A-TEX

  跟进新客人至少3到6个月以便更好地引导新客人尽快了解A-tex的流程，合作更快捷。

• Participate time out section and share knowledge to others

  提升自己并分享知识给其他同事。

• Follow up un-confirmed PO, SO & journal orders of team

  跟进组里的未确认采购订单，销售订单以及新订单。

• System testing of new function and report to Super user.

  系统新功能的测试，并报告给上级用户。

• Backup Team leader when on leave

  组长休假时，帮忙组长解决组里问题。

• Help TL/Supervisor on procedure drafting

  帮助组长或者主管起草工作流程。

• Help TL/Supervisor on workload re-allocation

  帮助组长或者主管关于工作量的重新安排事宜。

Requirement

任职资格：

• College graduate or above

大专或以上学历

• 3-5 years relevant experience in international logistics or trading firm

至少三年以上的相关工作经验于印刷及包装行业

• Ability to follow through details of orders in professional manner

以专业的态度跟进订单流程

• Detail minded, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills and team work spirit

注重细节、良好的组织能力、有团队精神及能在压力环境下工作

• Good spoken and written English (CET-6 or above)

拥有良好的沟通及运用英语水平 (CET-6 or above)

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and familiar with operation in ERP system is a plus

• 熟练掌握Microsoft Outlook, Excel 和相关的工作经验于ERP系统Be willing to
