Define customer strategy, initiate yearly sales & marketing strategy for profitable sales growth;
Ensure solid turnover and meeting long term & short term sales targets for the related products;
Customer relationship management through effective communication and operation with key function counterpart;
Drive turnover with creative thinking and marketing program;
Inventory and order management;
Daily data analysis to find improvement and catch sales opportunity;
Regular reporting market intelligence, including market trend of product development, competitor activities, etc;
Coordinate in advance with all internal functions to ensure the right “go to market” solutions;
- Responsible for trade spend budgeting and monitoring and ensure all spending within target and efficiency planning
任职要求
- Bachelor and above education
- >3 years of on-line key account management experience in FMCG (beer is plus)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
- Good logical, analytical and planning skills
- Innovative, a quick learner and a team player
- Efficient time management and results oriented
- Good at MS Office
- Fluent in spoken and written English
