人事行政专员
HR & Admin Executive
- Handle staff recruitment processes through sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, hiring and retention
负责招聘,包括简历筛选、安排面试、聘用、员工保留。
- Conduct new employee induction and orientation program.
负责新员工入职培训。
- Manage staff attendance and leave records.
管理员工考勤及离职记录。
- Calculate and manage monthly social security fund and housing fund, response for yearly audit.
负责月度社保及公积金计算,及年度审核。
- Prepare the whole process of payroll and IIT.
负责个人所得税申报及工资发放。
- Prepare monthly HR related report.
负责人事月度报表报告。
- Manage staff performance appraisal.
负责员工绩效考核。
- Response for foreign employee management including residence permit and working visa renewal.
外藉员工管理,包括居留许可和工作签证续签。
- Review and update labor market information and relevant regulation. Provide appropriate advice to management.
实时关注更新劳动力市场信息,和相关法律规定,及时向公司管理层汇报更新信息。
- Formulate and implement policies, guideline and procedures in HR & general office administration
制定和执行人力资源和一般事务管理的政策、指导方针和程序。
- Keep staff record properly in a confidential manner.
负责员工资料的保管及保密。
- Handle ISO yearly audit.
负责ISO年度审核。
- Handle employee grievance issues.
处理员工不满及投诉事宜。
- Plan and organize company activities and events.
计划及组织公司团队活动。
- Liaise with other HR & Admin personnel in other regional branches on HR & Admin issues.
与其他分公司人事行政同事保持联络,沟通人事行政方面的事宜。
- Driver and car management.
公司司机及车辆管理。
ADMINISTRATION 行政事宜:
- Office supplies.办公用品的供应及储备。
- Maintain office equipment condition and fixed assets management 办公设备的维护及固定资产管理。
- Monitor and administrate service provider service to assurance vendor quality.
监督和管理服务供应商的服务,以确保供应商的质量。
- Review and renewal service / contract. 服务及合同的管理及更新。
- Cost saving initiatives and suggest ways to minimize HR & administration cost. 主动节约成本,并建议减少人力资源和行政成本的方法。
- Company & employee insurance review & renewal.
- 公司员工保险审核及更新。
- Handle office relocation project. 负责办公室的搬迁及装修事宜。
Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects. 协助领导安排的其他特殊事宜。
Requirements (knowledge & Skills)
1. Higher Diploma or above in BA/HRM.
行政管理或人力资源管理等相关专业大专以上学历。
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- 利使用英语及中文。
- Minimum 4 years of HR/Admin experiences.
- 4年以上人事及行政方面相关工作经历。
- Familiar with China labor Law preferred.
- 熟悉中国劳动法。
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- 能独立完成工作。
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- 态度积极、良好的人际交往能力及沟通能力。
- Good in MS office such as Excel, Word and outlook.
- 练使用MS office软件,如Excel、Word和Outlook等软件。
- Familiar with HIRS system and other HR system.
- HIRS系统及HR相关系统。
- Team spirit, good communication and work under pressure.
- 有团队合作精神,良好的沟通能力和抗压能力
