POSITION SUMMARY(职位概述)
ü Manage distributors’ annual sales target setting, monthly order submission, and timely cash payment.
ü Forecast the product type and quantity of distributors’ orders at the beginning of each month, and work with supply chain team to guarantee supplies.
ü Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of distributors’ sales data entry into salesforce.com.
ü Collaborate with sales team to encourage and monitor distributors’ efforts at the hospital level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要职责)
ü Channel sales management
Complete distributors’ orders.
Cooperate with RSM/DSM to analyze regional sales and provide advice.
ü Distributor management
Supervise distributors’ sales and storage data.
Help distributors to build reasonable warehouse stock.
Educate and supervise distributors to comply with BD policies.
Partner with supply chain team to guarantee timely and adequate product supply.
ü Marketing developing and Strategy program promotion
Develop plans for distributors to support hospital listing and Marketing developing
Measure and grade distributors’ contributions at Strategy program implementation
Strictly observe the provisions of laws and regulatory compliance, and follow BD’s Code of Conduct.
Cooperation with DM and sales team to guarantee the tender success
SKILLS AND ABILITIES(技能)
ü With sales skills, medical background.
ü Possessing logical thinking and analytical thinking.
ü Good communication skills and negotiation skills.
ü Strong sense of responsibility and hard working.
DESIRABLE(优先条件)
ü Bachelor degree or above in related field.
ü Over 5 years’ work experience in relevant industry.
ü Over 1 year’s team management experience.
