Dealing with Customer quality crises in a professional, proactive and effective manner. Involving all stakeholders and ensuring a quick and effective response.
Effectively managing changes to the product and processes to ensure quality parameters are not negatively affected (FMEA).
Addressing quality issues from the source, ensuring an effective root cause analysis and implementing mistake-proof solutions.
Applying "systems" thinking in all areas concerning quality processes. Deploying a quality culture throughout the organization.
Connecting quality to the impact on business results and on the bottom line, by applying the Lean to Win methodology.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical,Material,Chemistrial, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
At least 8 years work experience in quality department in plastic molding manufacturing environment and over three years in manager position. Experience in Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical and Food industry is preferred. Automotive components, electronic products also can be considered.
Familiar with ISO and QS system.
Cost awareness and effectiveness.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Problem solving and decision making skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
