One of our biggest success factors in building DW as the company it is today has been through utilizing digital marketing through different channels including ecommerce, social media and other digital media. Now there is an opportunity to be a part of our Marketing Commerce department, our most important function to drive brand awareness and sales in China. We're now looking for a strong Campaign Manager based in Shenzhen, where Daniel Wellington China Stronghold head office is located.


YOUR CHALLENGE:

As Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing short- and long-term marketing campaigns for the Chinese Market and drive sales to our main channels which includes online marketplaces such as Tmall, our official website, retail stores etc.


  • Plan, develop and execute brand and sales campaigns for all sales and marketing channels in China. Key objective is to formulate a holistic campaign plan covering product/merchandising/package/content/advertising to fulfill the campaign business goal
  • Manage the execution of campaigns and leverage on other functions and the campaign team to maximize the results
  • Follow up from the exercise done to identify all margin-improvement opportunities, to liaison with sales team, design team and finance teams on adherence to roadmap, new plans for improving margins including market development, pricing strategy in line with brand equity, to channeling investment from profitability into brand support
  • Align budget priority through Annual Business Plan. Actively made investment adjustment throughout the year according to latest business needs and key learnings from campaign effective analysis
  • Keep close monitoring of communication landscape changes, keep tracking shopper insights, and implications to brand strategy
  • Champion best practices development / sharing from within and external
  • Work with Channels to derive insights from data system


WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand &marketing, especially within lifestyle and fashion industry
  • Strong project manager than can coordinate and execute projects involving several stakeholders across departments
  • Campaign execution in main marketplaces in China like Tmall
  • Communication savvy with in-depth understanding towards Brand Building and Campaign Execution
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial; ability to deal in ambiguity and come up with innovative solutions to achieve goals
  • Can effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders across all levels, shows a strong ability to influence senior leaders or cross-functional teams
  • Both Chinese and English language skills

  • Event planning experience
  • Big interest in fashion/watches/accessory
