Essential Role Responsibilities:工作职责

• Build up and standardize the manufacturing (Assembly) process. Provide technical support on daily production operation, solving the problem regarding Assembly process and related quality issues.

  建立制造工艺标准，推进生产流程标准化。支持生产日常工作，解决生产过程中的装配工艺及相关质量问题。

• Maintain MRP setting on manufacturing BOM of each products and work center. Research routing and labor time of process and maintain in MRP.

  维护MRP的生产BOM和生产中心信息。研究生产流程及工时并在系统中维护。

• Work on manufacturing process updates and routing updates in MRP against PCO related to process changing and intimal PCR for any manufacturing improvement.

  针对新的设计变更进行流程更新并维护系统。对工艺改善及变更提出相应的设计变更需求

• Implement lean transformation, continuously improve manufacturing process and production efficiency.

  推进精益生产，持续提升制造工艺和生产效率。

• Provide technical support and training about Assembly process, lead process problem solving / root cause analysis.

  提供制造工艺相关的技术支持和培训,主导工艺问题原因分析和问题解决。

• Participate in NPI and product transfer projects as Manufacturing technical expert, lead Assembly line designing/lay-out and Manufacture build.

  负责新产品和产品转移项目，主导生产线的布局/设计和制造过程。

• Identification, research and capability evaluation of new processes.

  新工艺要求识别、调研及能力评估。

• Be responsible for designing, ROI analysis, maintenance, risk evaluation and for process change of new tooling/equipment

• Develop and Maintain manufacturing documents, such as WI、SOP

  负责制造相关文件的制定与更新，例如WI,操作作业标准书

• Responsible for daily operation and optimization of safety production standardization system; 负责安全生产标准化体系日常运行、优化；

• Responsible for promoting EHS-related (environmental protection, safety, occupational health) new construction, expansion, reconstruction, technical improvement project application, approval, and "three simultaneous" acceptance;

  负责推动EHS相关（环保、安全、职业卫生）新建、扩建、改建、技改工程申报、审批、以及“三

  同时”验收

• Responsible for the management, promotion and implementation of occupational health and hygiene declaration, occupational health effect evaluation, occupational health site inspection, personnel occupational health examination, distribution standards of occupational hazard protection facilities, labor protection supplies, promotion and implementation, usage, etc.;

• 负责管理推动及落实职业健康卫生申报、职业健康效果评价、职业健康场所检测、人员职业健康体检,职业危害防护设施、劳动保护用品发放标准及推动落实、使用情况等

• Responsible for hazardous chemicals management, special equipment and personnel qualification management, to ensure that the company's production activities meet the requirements of laws and regulations, reduce the risk of environmental pollution, occupational disease and safety accidents;

  负责危化品管理、特种设备及人员资质管理，以确保公司生产活动符合法律法规要求，降低环境污染、职业病、安全事故的风险；

• Responsible for identifying plant hazard sources, risk assessment, and formulating safety countermeasures; Coordinate and track the rectification of measures;

  负责辨识工厂危险源、风险评估,制定安全对策措施;协调跟踪措施整改情况;

• Promote and implement the three-level safety education and training; special education and training, continuously improve the staff safety awareness training;

  推动及落实三级安全教育训练; 各项EHS专项教育训练，持续提升员工安全意识培训

• Ensure effective communication is maintained with Team Leaders/Members, quality and production standards are abided and adhere to safety policies and procedures 与团队领导及成员保持高效的沟通，保证质量及生产标准遵守安全法规流程

• Partner and support Antunes Teams team to resolve manufacturing related production issues and discrepancies as necessary支持安通纳斯团队解决生产差异引起的产品问题

• Must be able to analyze and recommend equipment and/or tools for improved efficiencies为提高效率，分析并提出设备和工装的改善。

• Ability to read, analyze, interpret written instruction, differentiate colors, and read blueprints

• Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Solid Work使用AutoCAD, Solid Work软件

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Knowledge of QAD and MRP (Preferred) 熟练使用MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook), 了解QAD和MRP

Essential Education & Experience:

• Bachelors of Science Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Bachelors of Science Mechanical Engineering (BSME)or Equivalent Engineering Degree 电子或机械工程学位

• 3-5 years knowledge of foodservice equipment, electromechanical, and sheet metal 3-5年相关食品机械、电子机械和钣金相关经验

• Experience and knowledge with MRP, ISO, and Fabrication Equipment MRP、ISO及生产设备相关经验

• Agency Knowledge: UL, CE, CSA, NSF 相关认证经验：UL, CE, CSA, NSF

• 5-10 years experience in manufacturing industry 5-10年相关工业企业工作经验
