Job Responsibilities:
1.Advise employee concerning business transactions, labor arbitration or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
2. Constantly provide symmetrical information with the actual to the head office Legal Team in the form of appropriate legal reports/ journals/ summary.
3. Prepare, draft, review and interpret legal documents, such as contract, and policy document, etc.
4. Manage and advise, regulatory matters from a legal perspective.
5. Monitor the development and change of law related to company's operation in the Territory.
6. Improve process and policy for legal department.
7. Oversee and handle filings with government agencies for companies and representative offices.
8. Liaise and deal with governmental agencies for registration, filing, application, annual review, and other compliance matters.
9. Coordinate with HQ for company governance affair and other documents required by the operation in China.
10. Represent the company in court or before government agencies.
11, Contact window with external lawyers to get suggestions on legal related issues.
12. Ability to meet demanding deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or master shall be advantage.
2.More than 5 years in Legal practices,rich experience in handling corporate legal disputes and litigation legal disputes.
3.Familiar with advertising law, contract law, labor law, etc.
4.Fluent in verbal and written English is a must, with excellent communication skills.
5.Good communication and coordination skills. Stand out integrity.
