Job Description
- Provides high level administrative and business support.
- Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to the business leader and his team.
- Plan, organize and coordinate meetings, conferences/seminars and corporate hospitality events
- Assist in making travel arrangements and related expense reports
- Draft correspondence, edit documents and take meeting minutes
- Following up on meeting minutes / agreed actions with the action owner, monitor progress and report deviation to Executive
- Independent to handle some sensitive, complex, and confidential message.
- Perform other related duties and managing projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in English/Administration and other related field
- Fluent in English, excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills required
- Experience in providing administrative support to senior executives is preferred
- Ability to effectively develop cohesive relationships with management, employees, vendors and visitors
- Advanced knowledge of computers, internet and software (MS Office, SAP)
- Good planning, coordination and problem solving skills;
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Be willing to take responsibility and be accountable
