Job Description

  • Provides high level administrative and business support.
  • Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to the business leader and his team.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate meetings, conferences/seminars and corporate hospitality events
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and related expense reports
  • Draft correspondence, edit documents and take meeting minutes
  • Following up on meeting minutes / agreed actions with the action owner, monitor progress and report deviation to Executive
  • Independent to handle some sensitive, complex, and confidential message.
  • Perform other related duties and managing projects as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in English/Administration and other related field
  • Fluent in English, excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills required
  • Experience in providing administrative support to senior executives is preferred
  • Ability to effectively develop cohesive relationships with management, employees, vendors and visitors
  • Advanced knowledge of computers, internet and software (MS Office, SAP)
  • Good planning, coordination and problem solving skills;
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Be willing to take responsibility and be accountable
