Job Description
CSC team coordinate with customer orders & requirements & functional depts., responsible for Asia-Pacific area including China export & bonded, JP&KR, SEA, AU&NZ etc.
客户服务团队主要负责和职能部门协调处理亚太地区的客户订单、需求,包括中国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚和新西兰等。
Promote the Neoperl brand by providing the best customer experience in the industry.
通过提供业内最佳的客户体验来推广Neoperl品牌。
Support sales team with required documents, logistic information and other issues.
支持销售团队提供所需的文件、物流信息和其他问题。
Regularly discuss and analyze sales forecast with customers to establish good communication.
定期与客户讨论和分析销售预测,建立良好的沟通。
Follow up the problems in purchase order processing to meet customer requirement.
跟进采购订单处理中的问题,以满足客户的需求。
Follow up the customer complaints, properly handle the problems and deal with customer.
跟进客户投诉,妥善处理问题,处理客户投诉。
Handle internal daily routine works In ERP (Quotation, samples, Purchase order input, inventory check, maintenance, customer payment collection and financial reconciliation).
负责ERP内部日常工作(报价,样品,采购订单输入,库存检查,维护,客户收款,财务对账)。
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills:
要求:
Bachelor degree or above
本科以上学历
CET-4
大学英语四级
Customer-friendly communication skills
善于与人沟通
Enthusiastic and passionate.
