Job Description

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering of Manufacturing/Mechanical or related disciplines.
• 5 years+ in NPI project management.
• Experience in 3C/ Automobile/ Watch product is preferred.
• Good knowledge in Stamping/ Metal Casting/ CNC/ Metal Surface Treatment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in the manufacturing.
• Analytical, self-motivated and work independently.
• Able to communicate with overseas customers independently.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• PRC station is required.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead project from NPI to mass production.
• Lead cross-functional activities during NPI stage.
• Product improvement recommendation and manufacturing feasibility analysis.
• Drive and manage product failure analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality and manufacturing teams to develop process flow, fixture designs, DFM, PFMEA, QCP and process validation.
• Ensure project schedule and deliverables to be completed on time.
• Product Cost Estimation.

• Telephone conference with oversea customer.
