Whom are we looking for:

• Accountable for the market OKR and P&L and be responsible for local business solutions;
• Able to build and maintain clients and partners relation.
• Set mid-term and long-term plans and allocate resources for execution;
• Coordinate Marketing and Networking Events
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by engaging potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Empower and monitor local partners’ growth; lead distribution and retail management;
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

What you will bring to the table:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution and retail management of electronics/tobacco/liquor/FMCG industry;
• At least 2 years of working experience in global business; excellent cross-cultural communication skills;
• Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree preferred, fluent in written and oral English;
• Strong problem-solving techniques; excellent communication skills;
• Willing to work under pressure and be down-to-earth;
