工作职责:
管理下属员工,包括员工计划,团队建设,员工培训和绩效考核等
与客户保持紧密联系以提高诚信以便进一步获得商机
带领下属员工在项目设计、项目管理、项目分析中提供专业的、全面的服务以确保生成有实用价值的分析报告
协助总监/总经理获取新的商机
控制项目成本以提高竞争力和成本效益并负责项目款
根据客户的项目需求准备完整的项目计划书,必要时为客户演示报告
指导下属准备小型和中型项目的内部计划书
设计分析报告的指南/格式并用可控的结论写分析报告;指导并核查中小项目中由下属所写的分析报告
以高度自信和专业的方式设计和递交分析报告给客户
管理调查问卷设计、内部计划书、进度控制、表格规格、码表生成和数据分析等
与其他组和公司其他部门沟通共同讨论并以高效解决问题。
岗位要求:
本科学历或以上
至少3-6年的市场研究及相关行业经验具有基本的市场和统计方面知识
有市场营销方面知识
丰富的研究行业的知识和经验及IPSOS的产品知识
有某一特定行业知识者优先思维开阔,积极主动,富有创造性和能够吃苦耐劳
能够适应加班和在压力下工作
为人仔细,值得信赖
优秀的英语水平
良好的人际沟通能力
极好的项目管理能力
