Job Description:

? Provide technical consultation regarding injection moulding processes and mould design

? Be responsible for technical support and solutions for customers by working closely with technical engineers in local office as well as in the headquarters

? Support the sales team in terms of pre-sales and after-sales technical consultation for customers as well as for partners

? Start-up injection moulding machines and the peripheries

? Conduct mould and material trials

? Deliver application training for customers and sales agencies

? Give seminars and workshops

? Prepare technical presentations

Job Specification:

? Bachelor or Diploma with technical background

? At least 4 years’ experience in injection moulding and/or mould design or related fields with proven success

? Experiences in a production with practical skills

? Deep knowledge in plastic technology and mould design

? Sophisticated skills in dealing with customers

? Persistent and determined with an ability to work under high work pressure

? Adaptable coupling with cooperative work approach and team spirit

? Significant skills to deal with customers, partners and colleagues to transfer the know-how

? Willingness to travel

? Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
