工作内容：

1、协助人事经理完成日常岗位空缺需求的收集；

2、通过各大招聘网站进行发帖，为公司招聘优秀人才；

3、完成每月招聘报表统计，并及时上交领导，完成工作总结和汇报；

4、协助人事经理做招聘计划和岗位需求的增补。
