Job Description:

• Design, installation and configuration of applications, preparation and maintenance of documentation
• Administration and further development of system infrastructure in cooperation with other IT departments and external supply
• Analysis of customer requirements, consulting and preparation of solution proposals based on IT standards and processes
• Ensure planning and implementation of application infrastructure
• Care for fulfilling the needs of the security guidelines
• Ensure that all changes to be done in productive systems are properly tested in a test environment, planned in line with release windows, coordinated and communicated towards the customers and IT organization
• Supporting IT operations as 2nd Level support for the systems in charge according to the service levels agreed
• Assuring performance and availability by proactive monitoring and optimization
• Provision of appropriate documentation and support for operating and maintaining the systems by the other departments in charge (1st level support, Usermanagement, backup etc.)

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years IT infrastructure experience，supporting IT in a Multi-National Company(MNC) environment
• Good customer oriented services and inter-personal
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Knowledge of German is an advantage, also as other Asian Languages
• Familiar with Administration of Webservers (IIS, Apache), Application servers (Tomcat, .Net) and Databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Knowledge in Operating systems and Networks
• ITIL Processes
• Openness, honesty, team spirit, careful and accurate working style; a self-starter committed, patience and responsible character
• able to work under time pressure, with attention to details
• Experience in regional or global IT environment
• Proficiency in infrastructure and also application management
• Good business process Knowledge
