Job Description

1. Perform the sampling of raw materials, excipients, packaging materials, imported bulk products, and ID test in each container for excipients. (60%)

负责原料、辅料、包装材料、进口半成品的取样及辅料的逐桶鉴别工作。(60%)

2. Ensure that sampling are carried out on time and in compliance with SOP &Specifications. Participate to the OOS investigations. (10%)

确保取样及时，并符合操作规程及质量标准的要求。参与超标结果的调查。(10%)

3. Maintain the sample management、and record；and manage the stock of consumbles. (10%)

负责样品的管理、发放及记录；以及实验室耗材的库存管理。(20%)

4. GAP analys for global requirement and local authority standard. (5%)

总部要求及本地法规标准的差距分析。(5%)

5. To be the backup of the other analyst/s. (5%)

其它分析员缺席时，作为替补。(5%)

6. 质量部HSE职责：

? 负责贯彻公司HSE的有关规定，把公司HSE制度的措施贯彻到每个具体环节。

? 将HSE工作纳入工作计划中。

? 组织实施本部门HSE管理目标计划，落实HSE规章制度、HSE操作规程和HSE技术措施计划。

? 定期开展本部门HSE隐患排查治理工作，制定整改计划并按时完成隐患整改。

? 负责部门级HSE教育与考核工作；及时处理员工提出的意见。

? 积极配合HSE管理工作，防止各类事故的发生。

? 定期开展本部门各级+QDCI会议，结合HSE要求，及时、正确填写和反馈各类HSE问题，并积极落实整改。

? 参加事故调查分析工作，从质量管理角度分析事故原因，提出事故防范措施。

? 负责制定年度部门PASS计划，并按进度组织实施。

A college degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy or relative majors.

化学、制药或相关专业专科以上。

Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical factory. The knowledge of quality oriented and Chinese and international GMP.

具有制药工厂工作经验，具备质量意识及GMP经验
