Position Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager is the face and voice of the organization at local level, both internally and externally. He/She is in charge of driving execution of the corporate strategy through the business areas by championing core objectives and making sure that financial targets are met.
Responsible for specific regional business growing, included but not limited:
1. Continuously drive the sales growing in specific regions
2. Work with distributor to provide the new product launch support/promotion, etc;
3. Work with bidding team to participate/prepare the regional bidding affairs;
4. Regional market analysis and help line manager to make the right business strategy
Distributor Management and Development, included but not limited:
1. Continuously engage the regional distributor and drive the positive business results;
2. New distributor development in specific region;
3. Work as key liaison person to help local distributor to maintain and continuously develop the relationship among LivaNova/hospital/distrinutor,etc
4. Continuously develop the local distributor management process, include, sales report, top account market share,target letter, SMI, quarterly performance review, quarterly order booking, etc.
任职要求 Qualifications:
1. 正面积极进取的工作态度,有良好的责任心和团队配合意识
2. 五年以上高值耗材销售经验,有良好的销售渠道开发以及合作经验
3. 有大客户医院的销售经验,以及关于客户数据的量化分析汇报能力
4. 有心外科工作经验或熟悉心外科主要客户的优先
